Choir and Orchestra

First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to

everyone that is a part of the music ministry! For

the sacrifices you all make to be in choir and

orchestra. Being at church early to run the sound!

Your hearts and spirits have been a blessing to

me!

We sure could use some more voices in the choir

so if you have ever though about being in a

choir, come check us out on Wednesday nights at

7:30 p.m. Also, we have plenty of room for

some more instruments for Sunday mornings.

We meet at 8:45 am. So, if you have any questions,

please see me.

Another need that we have is for willing people

to learn how to run the sound and EasyWorship.

I would like to have 4 people on the sound and 4

people on EasyWorship so that we could rotate

everyone. You would only be scheduled one

Sunday a month. Giving everyone time off to

participate in worship!

Just a reminder to active choir members. We

will have a combined rehearsal with Parkview

Baptist on October 23 here at Eastside from 9 til

noon. We will be providing the refreshments.

Our November practice will be held at Parkview

Baptist on the 20th. Christmas will be here before

you know it so continue to listen to your

CD’s.

Something for ALL of us to remember: If we are

the body, are His arm’s reaching? Are His hands

healing? Are His word’s teaching? If we are the

body, are His feet going? Is His love showing

them there is a way?
